For a long time, Internet marketing was primarily about having a website, and later about sending newsletter emails. When talking to business owners, managers, and others, it has become clear that to many, Internet marketing is still just about these two tools. Many business owners I have met from non-IT industries are proud to announce they have a great website, but fail to understand that this is no longer state-of-the-art, nor sufficient for success.
